Bartholomo is an NPC in the City of Tortage. He is a scribe who gives the player a quest to find eagle feathers as well as one to find his missing apprentice. He is different from the majority of npc's in the City of Tortage, being an educated man, and is directly in contrast to the pirates and thieves of the city.
