Khorotas River

The Khorotas River runs from northeast Aquilonia, south past Tarantia, southwest to Poitain and into Argos, joining the Red River and into the Western Ocean. It is Argos' major river as the port city of Messantia lies at the river mouth. The Khorotas is not navigable by ocean-going vessels, but there is a barge trade bringing goods to and from Poitain, Ophir and northeastern Argos.
