The Lore of Age of Conan is the extensive backstory of the Conan universe created by Robert E. Howard, and which has been further developed in novels, comics, or other media by other authors after Howard's death. This is the enormous, sinister universe that the game is built upon, which also creates room for many expansions of the game.
