The Palace of Cetriss is an ancient citadel, carved into a cliff of living rock, near a canyon amid the crags of the Dragon's Spine in eastern Stygia. It was once the home of a mage named Cetriss, who existed during the days of Old Stygia, some 3,000 years ago. Inside his palace, Cetriss created the Green Lotus, a living hybrid of both fungus and flower. With the mystical powers of his lotus, Cetriss kept the dark empire of Acheron at bay for centuries.
