This 'quest' is part of the Destiny series and comes in three versions for Aquilonian, Stygian and Cimmerian characters.
I. The Priestess of Derketo[]

Scyra told me of another piece of the Medallion, called the Phoenix of the South. I need to travel to Khopshef Province and talk to a woman in Bubshur called Anata. She was once the High Priestess of Derketo and can guide me to the shard. The seer also warned me against a mythic evil guarding the Medallion.

- Investigate the Blessed Caves

Anata told me of the Blessed Caves. The priestess can no longer enter the caves as they are now inhabited by a great evil. Villagers from the nearby area have been abducted, stolen in the night and dragged to the caves.. I should look for one of them and ask what is going on inside the darkness. Anata gave me the key to enter the cave on top of the mountain. If I want to leave the cave once I've entered it, I have to take the plunge into the water and swim out.

The prisoner told me about a horrifying monster draining energy from a pool of blood. To weaken it, I must find some black lotus and corrupt the blood. If I want to leave the cave, I have to take the plunge into the water and swim out.

- Slay the Blood Defiler
- Collect the Atlantean Artifact

I managed to corrupt the blood, now the monster should be weaker. Thoth Amon's demons will not stop me. I need to get the Phoenix of the South and escape the cave by jumping down into the water and swimming out.

I defeated the Blood Defiler and found the Phoenix of the South! I must return to Old Tarantia and talk to Scyra who will help me remember more about myself. I can escape the cave by jumping down into the water and swimming out.
