Valerius is an NPC in Tortage and is the lover of Tarisha. He is available to fight in the Battle of Tortage if the player has not completed the quest "Tarisha's Sacrifice". He claims to once be a man at arms for Aquilonia, but now the strongest blade in Tortage. Of course, you can prove him wrong. He wears a Nemedian helmet and a Vanir breastplate. He fights with a sword and shield.
